First Ever...

Merry Christmas!

Maol loves his new kitchen...makes many new dishes for us and likes to pretend that the fake food is really good!


Starting on his first stocking...Maol has two stockings that we fill, one is his hawaiian stocking, the other is his stocking fit for a Mallard! dad helped him take stuff out.

All the excitement just wore him out! Good thing his Penny made him a special trains blanket...to run his trains on of course!

Decorating the Christmas tree with dad. Even though we found that our box of special ornaments was missing (lost in the move)...we still had enough ornaments to decorate the tree! It's really made us glad to all be together this year at Christmas!Making Christmas cookies with mom. This was a large project for such a small kitchen, but we made enough cookies too send with dad to work, and send off to friends. This years favorite new cookie is the corn meal cookies. We made Hawaiian bread, gingersnaps, decorated sugar cookies, and cheddar crisps with our new cookie gun.

Denver trip...2007 (cont.)

We went to see Santa at the Children's Museum and we liked him better than the mall Santa. Showed him some trucks, and just chilled!





Lucas wasn't so much for this Santa, I guess that when you see one...ya seen em' all! I think maol is wondering why Penny isn't sitting on Santa's lap and telling him what she wants for Christmas!

We still always had time for brushing and a book every night!

Denver Trip...2007

Denver trip was loads of fun! Mornings were kinda mellow...hit the bottle early and got ready for the daily shopping trip, ride to see Santa, playing at friends houses, etc. Lucas always says a little warm milk hits the spot early in the morning! We miss Lucas!What a little angel that little Avery Kaitlin is! Love to snuggle that wee one! 4 weeks now, and growing bigger every day! Look at the fat roll under the chin!

And the in-flight movie will be...

Maol can't ride his rocket without a total gear-up, which includes full pilot dress. Daddy's ski gloves, the fleece indoor slippers (otherwise known as boots), and the safety running belt for added flight safety!

Eating so well...

Maol eats so well now that he gets to have his snack on the couch. Yogurt has come so far from days of spoon feeding him, to gogurt in the sippy cup (thanks Lana), to him slopping yogurt all over himself trying to get it in his mouth...to now. No Mess, No Fuss!

A stroller built for two! Maol decided to share his stroller, but only with conditions that he would always ride in front! I think this idea came from our dear nephew Jack!

"The Great Puddle Expedition"

This is the biggest puddle ever, but not good for measuring, or stomping in! We love the pool here, Maol swims every day that it's warm enough. Our apartment is the one on the right. The workout center is to the left, and we have cookouts on the patio sometimes.
Looking for puddles is hard work, but having the magic puddle boots makes everything so much easier! The special tape measure is the accessory that really does the outfit justice!

Found a puddle to measure finally! Playing in puddles is much more fun though!

Maol-Eown just never sits still any more, he likes to do this bridge action while he watches Sesame Street or one of his movies. This a look at our newest domicile...only 6-7 months here!
